Selected from the vineyards of the village of Puichéric, in the Languedoc region, South of France, on chalky-clay soils. 100 % Sauvignon Blanc. Vinification using high technical care : grapes are selected by plot, control and aroma preservation at the cellar, destalking, skin contact maceration. Vinification at low temperature and matured on the fine lees.
Pale and bright yellow color.
Fruty nose with aromas of apple., exotic fruits and flowered notes. The palate is frech and well banlanced. Superb with grilled sardines, fresh bread and olives. Served chilled at 6-8 °C. To enjoy with a squeeze of classic Bob Marley "Stir it up".
